When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — to notify you when CertMusic launches.
• Hashed IP address — for spam prevention only. We do not store your real IP.
• Timestamp — when you signed up.
• Consent record — proof that you agreed to this policy.

2. Why We Collect It

Solely to send you a launch notification. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the waitlist form.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on our European VPS infrastructure. Access is restricted to the CertMusic team.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data — email us to receive a copy.
• Delete your data — email us and we will remove your record within 72 hours.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. GA4 uses first-party cookies. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which may set functional cookies. No advertising cookies are used.
